Our one-year Strada-versary: What our milestones mean for you

July 12th marked one full year as Strada.

After more than 30 years of delivering leading edge payroll and professional services to organizations across the globe, we emerged last summer with a new name, a new look and a revitalized commitment to helping companies grow with people-first solutions in a tech-forward world.

These past twelve months have been an amazing journey. And we’ve taken the time to acknowledge the efforts and achievements of all our colleagues here at Strada and to celebrate all that we’ve accomplished.

But we also couldn’t have done it without our clients and our partners. Working with these companies to help them drive growth and value will always be our top priority. Our journey isn’t just about us. It always starts and ends with our customers.

So, let’s take a look at what our past year’s milestones mean for our customers and prospective clients. What have we been able to achieve? And what can the businesses we work with expect as we continue our journey forward?

Migration

A big part of establishing ourselves as Strada has been transforming our technology to better support our business and our clients.

It’s been a huge undertaking internally, migrating more than 11,000 colleagues to our new ecosystem. But the most critical aspect of this has been migrating our 38 interdependent client-facing applications to a new host environment. These applications are essential to our clients for the day-to-day run of business, so we’ve done our best to make this transition smooth and seamless.

As we wrap up the migration process this summer, we’re thrilled to provide our customers with improved functionality and support.

Move to cloud

Our customers know Strada has been diligent about sounding the alarm on outdated on-premise systems. We’ve spent the past year completing one of the largest cloud migrations in history, moving 14 of our biggest clients throughout multiple countries onto cloud-based platforms.

Ensuring our customers’ systems and operations stay optimal, agile and efficient is an ongoing project and will continue to be a top priority for us.

New, innovative solutions

As part of our commitment to our customers, Strada is always innovating, developing new solutions to integrate, automate and improve your systems and operations. And part of making our mark as Strada during this past year has been demonstrating that commitment like never before.

We’re proud to announce these new or soon-to-be released solutions:

Strada Pay

A dynamic cloud-based calculation engine that continuously recalculates payroll, delivering updated results instantly in response to changes, Strada Pay integrates seamlessly with cloud HCM solutions to provide 100% accurate, compliant, real-time automated and touchless payroll. 

Workday Benefits Administration Service

Manage benefits directly within Workday. Strada’s Workday Benefits Administration service gives Workday customers a single source of truth for HR, benefits and payroll, reducing costs and administrative burdens and improve the employee experience. 

SAP® SuccessFactors® Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

The new localization provides organizations to with a modern, compliant and localized path to cloud-based, available to organizations with employees in Luxembourg seeking a local payroll solution, as well as existing customers looking to migrate from on-premise SAP technology. Automated ACFR Our new Workday Marketplace app, launching later this year, Automated Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR), replaces time-consuming reporting with intelligent automation to enhance the speed, accuracy and consistency of ACFR preparation.

Over the course of the past year, we’ve launched four new solutions through Built on Workday, and reached a milestone with our 100th Extend app. And there’s more to come.

Strengthened partnerships

We’ve also spent the past years fortifying our existing partnerships and forging new ones to continue bringing organizations unmatched products, services and support:

  • We’ve strengthened our global partnership with SAP, expanding certifications, delivering major transformation projects and driving new wins across Europe and North America.
  • Following Workday’s announcement that they will expand their strategic initiatives in India, Strada has doubled-down on our commitment to the region, working alongside Workday to deliver agility, cost-efficiency and long-term Workday value to our clients in the Asia and Pacific region.

We’ve expanded our capabilities through new partnerships with organizations like Nayya and Zaggle:

  • We’ve partnered with Nayya to deliver an integrated benefits administration solution built on the Workday platform, that offers personalized, AI-powered guidance to deliver tailored benefits recommendations using employee-specific health data, lifestyle factors and financial goals.
  • We’ve contracted with Zaggle, a leading B2B SaaS FinTech company, to deliver a unified payroll and spend management solution that simplifies employee benefits for employers in India.

As we’ve worked to establish our new brand, perhaps nothing has been more gratifying than seeing our long-standing key clients renew with Strada and being selected by new clients to help them achieve meaningful outcomes.

Each client is more than just an opportunity to drive real value and results to the organizations we serve. It’s a chance to continuously learn about our customers goals, wants and needs, so that we can continuously deliver to them with focus, simplicity and confidence.

It’s been an exciting year and we’re proud of what we’ve accomplished as Strada. But the road ahead is even more exciting for us. We will continue to grow and innovate. We’ll continue developing and strengthening our client and partner relationships. And we’ll continue discovering new ways to work hard, be at our best and achieve our goals.

We’re already focused on developing and implementing advances like AI to automate and enhance your systems and operations. We remain focused on perfecting our customer service and delivering excellent results. And we’ve dedicated ourselves to solidifying our new brand, building a company that our partners are proud to work with and our people are proud to be a part of.
